Seahawks Secure Play-off Berth with Nail-biting Overtime Triumph over Los Angeles Rams.

The Seattle Seahawks staged a stunning comeback to overcome the Los Angeles Rams in extra time, clinching their spot in the NFL play-offs.

Rallying from a sixteen-point hole in the final period, the Seahawks emerged victorious 38-37 at home, notching their fifth straight victory.

While the Los Angeles had already secured a post-season spot earlier on Sunday, the Seattle team booked their return to the postseason after a two-year absence.

With this result, the Seattle now lead their division's standings with a twelve and three mark, supplanting the Rams, who dropped to the number five seed with an eleven and four record.

Quarterback Darnold had two picks but regrouped to deliver two touchdown passes, including the tying score to star receiver Smith-Njigba in the extra period.

The Rams held a six-point lead at the break before Kenneth Walker III broke free for a 55-yard touchdown run for Seattle.

Rams cornerback Josh Wallace then returned Darnold's initial pick for 56 yards, setting up a short touchdown by Corum on the next play.

In the final stanza, a touchdown from Stafford to Puka Nacua extended the advantage to 30-14, but Rashid Shaheed provided the comeback with a 58-yard punt return.

Darnold then found Barner in the end zone, and a successful conversion sent the game into overtime.

Although Puka Nacua scored for his another TD in OT, Jaxon Smith-Njigba responded in kind to set up the game-winning score.
